In general, the lighter the roasting the more acidic the coffee is, whereas medium roasting offers a rounded flavor to coffee. However, each variety of coffee reacts differently to the same roasting, depending on its humidity and density. In any case, we will look at your needs and we will help you decide.

Besides the guaranteed quality, your coffee will always be delivered fresh. Our policy is to roast your coffee only after your order, then keep it in an airtight bag for 10 days, package it and deliver it to you.
