Also the company owns and operates two ultra-modern, Italian-made, Brambati and IMF roasting machines, with the ability to parameterize the ideal roasting curves for each of our coffee. In other words, these machines can program and precisely control all parameters that may affect the end result.
More specifically, this technology enables control of per minute modification of three parameters: air temperature, speed of air within the roaster chamber and rotation speed. By modifying one or more of the above parameters, we can determine the roasting curve upon which the end result depends. In this way, we can achieve the desirable taste profile, but the most important thing is that we can guarantee a steadily high quality in every delivery.
